A beautiful example of a hight quality round shield, Persian (Separ), profusely decorated with hunting scenes representing, twelve knights and a dismounted figure, those armed with spears and swords, Shamshir, as well as numerous animals and birds. At the periphery and all around the outer circumference, there is a band of gold Quranic writing. It has six bosses (ghopes) chiseled with vegetalist motifs with gold decoration. At the shield center, there is a rare spike, similar to those on top of many of the Indo- Persian Kulah Khud helmets, with 11 cm long.

On the reverse side, corresponding to the six bosses, there are six rings where they are fixed, a pillow and three leather clamps, one of which is broken.

Belíssimo exemplar, de escudo circular, Persa (Separ), de alta qualidade, profusamente decorado com cenas de caça representando, doze cavaleiros e uma figura apeada estando aqueles armados de lanças e espadas, Shamshir, assim como numerosos animais e aves. À periferia e em toda a circunferência externa, existe uma faixa de escrita corânica a ouro. Possui seis bossas (ghopes) cinzeladas com motivos vegetalistas e com decoração a ouro, no centro do escudo, salienta-se um raro espigão, semelhante aos que encimam muitos dos capacetes, Kulah Khud indo-persas, com 11 cm de comprimento.

No reverso, correspondendo às seis bossas, existem seis argolas onde estão fixadas, uma almofada e três abraçadeiras em couro, estando uma partida.
